Tenancy & Estate Management Specialist

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Tenancy Specialist to join a busy Housing Association. You will manage a portfolio of tenancies, ensuring compliant, customer-focused service across the portfolio and supporting sustainable tenancies.

The role demands strong knowledge of housing legislation, complex tenancy case handling and excellent customer service. Hybrid working with one office day per week after onboarding enables a balance of field and office duties.
