Job Description
Change Grow Live in Hull is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Recovery Co-ordinator to support individuals at risk of homelessness. You will work within the SWITCH Team, providing wrap-around support and coordinating referrals to health, housing and social care services.
The role emphasises budgeting, education and employment support, plus collaboration with local landlords and services to sustain tenancies.
