Tenant Liaison Officer

Tenant Liaison Officer (Contract 30 weeks) – Todmorden

We are a main contractor working with a housing association on a care home project, seeking an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to manage the project site and act as the point of contact between residents and the contractor.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between residents and the contractor.
• Ensure works are carried out with minimal interruption to residents.
• Deal with contractors and trades on a daily basis and relay work details to residents.
• Manage own time and diary, working independently to ensure projects are completed on schedule and accurately represent the contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, preferably in a care home or similar residential environment.
• Experience dealing with local authorities.
• Organized, self‑motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
