Tencent Cloud – AI & LLM Solution Architect

Overview

As an AI & LLM Solution Architect at Tencent Cloud, you will drive the adoption of our enterprise AI platform across Europe. You’ll design end-to-end AI and LLM solutions, lead workshops, and guide production deployments in customer environments. You’ll bridge customers with product and engineering teams, translating real-world needs into platform enhancements. This role offers the chance to shape scalable AI architectures and contribute to a growing AI ecosystem with TokenHub and MCP.

Responsibilities

• Engage enterprise customers to uncover AI transformation opportunities and design end-to-end solutions using TokenHub, LLMs, AI Agents, and MCP.
• Lead technical discovery, POCs, validation, and deployment planning to accelerate AI adoption.
• Collaborate with customer engineering teams to implement and optimize AI applications in production.
• Design scalable AI architectures incorporating LLMs, RAG, MCP, model fine-tuning, vectors, and cloud-native services.
• Work with Product/Engineering/Research to translate requirements into platform improvements and better developer experience.
• Create reusable reference architectures, frameworks, and playbooks to accelerate adoption across Europe.
• Support strategic opportunities with technical proposals, architecture reviews, and due diligence.

Key requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years in Generative AI, LLMs, ML, AI platforms, cloud, MLOps, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, fine-tuning, vector databases, API integration, and cloud-native AI architectures.
• Experience deploying enterprise AI on public clouds, with knowledge of multi-model orchestration, inference services, observability, and production ops.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills for translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin required for collaboration with China HQ.
