Term-Time SEN Cover Tutor — Student-Centred Class Coverage

Ripplevale School Rochester is seeking a cover tutor who will support learning in the absence of the class teacher. This role is term-time only and salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive candidate with experience in SEN provision who can work flexibly across subjects as a floating teacher, build rapport with students, and collaborate with our therapy and safeguarding teams to maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.
