About the Role
Our client is looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to take ownership of sales growth within a designated region, operating from Sheffield . This role requires a proactive individual who can develop and execute effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue targets within their territory. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, contract finalization, and client onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback to the management team in Sheffield .
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as a Territory Manager or similar, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and sales methodologies .
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
- Residing in or near Sheffield and possessing a valid UK driving license.
