Textile Machine Operator — Training & Career Growth

Aqumen Recruitment is seeking a Textile Machine Operative to join a busy textile manufacturer in Mirfield. You will operate specialist textile machinery, monitor performance, carry out quality checks and identify faults as you train. Full training is provided, with pay increases as your skills develop.

There are progression opportunities to Team Leader and Supervisor roles. You must travel to Mirfield for the 06:15 start and work rotating shifts (06:15-14:15 / 14:15-22:15).
