Production Operative / Quality Control
Location: Dewsbury, WF12

Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Hours: Rotating shifts
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative / Quality Control role to join a well-established carpet manufacturing company based in Dewsbury.
This is a hands‑on role within a busy production environment, where you will be involved in supporting manufacturing processes and carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – 12:00am (no work on Fridays)
Key Responsibilities
- Working on the production line within a carpet manufacturing environment
- Carrying out quality control checks on finished products
- Identifying defects and ensuring standards are met
- Supporting general production and warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous textile production or quality inspection experience(MUST HAVE)
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Must have safety shoes and a high-visibility vest
