Therapeutic Childcare Worker (Trauma-Informed)

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Therapeutic Childcare Worker to support children in our Norfolk homes. You will apply DDP and PACE principles to provide therapeutic, day-to-day care, while contributing to care plans and liaising with professionals.

The role requires commitment to safeguarding, flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins, and the completion of mandatory training including Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
