Therapeutic Children’s Residential Support Worker

New Forest Care is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children with challenging behaviours and emotional difficulties. You will be a consistent, compassionate role model and support young people to develop social and emotional well-being.

You will complete a funded Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare and gain experience in a therapeutic, child-centered setting.
