Therapeutic Residential Childcare Worker

North Somerset Council is recruiting a Residential Childcare Worker to join the Family Connections Home in Weston-super-Mare. This permanent, full-time role involves 24.5-hour shifts, sleep-ins and weekend work within a supportive rota, delivering consistent, high-quality care for children and families on the edge of care.

You will work to strengthen family relationships, promote wellbeing and education, and help young people feel safe and valued as part of a therapeutic, family‑centred approach.
