Therapeutic Residential Childcare Worker

Family Care is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to join our on-site team in Wythenshawe, Manchester. You will deliver daily care, emotional support, and meaningful interactions for children and young people with learning disabilities in a therapeutic setting.

Working within the home’s model, you’ll collaborate with in-house therapists to follow care plans, promote independence, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment. Full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
