Therapeutic Youth Residential Support Worker

The Esland Group Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join our Residential team at Station House. You will support our young people with everyday routines in a nurturing, therapeutic, person-centred environment, helping them flourish.

The permanent, full-time role includes shifts and sleeps, at £32k–£32.9k base with overtime opportunities and pay for sleep hours. Training and progression routes are provided within a supportive home setting.
