Therapy Assistant Practitioner — MDT Mobility & Rehab

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Therapy Assistant Practitioner to support adults across therapy disciplines, work within the MDT, and prioritise patient-centred care.

You will assess patients within signed competencies, deliver interventions, assist with mobility equipment, and help with discharge planning from Hub Bed Care Home and wards, with training and delegation from supervising Therapists.
