Threat Intelligence Production Lead

Overview

In this role you lead Accenture’s threat intelligence production for the EMEA region, directing five delivery areas and a team of analysts. You will produce high-quality, proprietary intelligence from commercial and non-public data, while staying hands-on with technical research. You’ll share insights internally and with clients, and represent the group at security forums and conferences. You work closely with incident response, detection, and client delivery teams to ensure research meets real-world needs, enabling proactive defense and informed decision-making. This is a chance to shape threat intelligence capability within a global, security-focused organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work of the Intelligence Production team and align strengths with goals
• Set team direction and maintain priority intelligence requirements
• Advocate for the team and represent its needs to stakeholders
• Conduct own technical threat research on threats, techniques, and trends
• Present findings to internal stakeholders, clients, and at industry events
• Support incidents and threat investigations with timely intelligence
• Ensure access to tools, data, and training for the team
• Improve processes, methodologies, tooling, and insight sharing

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably related to politics, intelligence, IT or information security OR equivalent knowledge through apprenticeship or vocational training
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a technical threat intelligence or adjacent role
• Expert technical understanding of threat intelligence (tracking adversary infrastructure, intrusions, tooling, campaigns)
• Strong experience communicating threats and impact to technical audiences and senior leadership
• Experience supporting incident response or security operations
• Experience leading threat intelligence delivery and managing workstreams based on business needs
• Experience coaching and developing researchers
