Job Description
Running Point Recruitment seeks a commercially focused Head of TikTok Shop and Creator Partnerships in London, four days in-office. You will own growth strategy, drive GMV and revenue, and lead a regional team across the UK, US and Europe.
Direct experience with TikTok Shop, creator affiliates, and motivating high-volume programs is essential. You will scale affiliate networks, optimize commission structures and use TikTok LIVE, GMV Max and Spark Ads to amplify impact.
