Total Rewards Architect

Legora seeks a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation architecture and equity programs, shaping how we attract and retain talent globally. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, you will drive banding, benchmarking, and principled decision-making that aligns with Legora's growth agenda.

You will build scalable reward systems, collaborate with Finance and Legal, and ensure transparent, competitive total rewards across geographies as Legora expands in the legal tech space.
