Chartered Town Planner - Exciting Consultancy Opportunity (London / Hybrid)

I'm currently working on behalf of a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Town Planner to join their growing planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner seeking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across sectors including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and mixed-use developments. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and managing planning applications and appeals Providing strategic planning advice to clients Preparing planning statements, reports, and supporting documentation Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiativesAbout You

MRTPI Chartered Town Planner (or working towards chartership) Proven experience within a consultancy or similar environment Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyWhat's on Offer
