TPS Regional Growth Manager - Central & East England

One Aftersales is recruiting for a field-based Regional Performance Manager for TPS. The role reports into the National Performance Manager and will deliver regional TPS sales and profit performance across Central and East England, including Leicester, with field time and some office days.

You will drive growth initiatives, ensure compliant operations, and collaborate with National Sales and Account teams to maximise performance delivery. This is a full-time, permanent position.
