Trade & Working Capital Finance Lawyer (£800 - £1100 p.d)

MLA is working with a leading international financial institution seeking an experienced Trade Finance & Working Capital Finance Lawyer to join its legal team on an initial 12-month contract.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of trade and working capital financing matters, supporting business stakeholders on transaction structuring, documentation, and legal risk across multiple jurisdictions.

Applicants should be England & Wales qualified and have experience gained within a law firm or financial institution. Exposure to lending transactions, trade finance products, structured finance, or working capital solutions would be advantageous.
