Trade Growth Manager — Build Trade Partnerships

B&Q is seeking a Trade Business Development Manager to lead a portfolio of TradePoint members from Milton Keynes. In this full-time role you will generate demand, nurture long-term trade relationships and convert opportunities into repeat project spend—driving sales, margin growth and a differentiated trade experience across stores.

You will own pipeline, manage pricing decisions, and collaborate with Store, B2B and Supplier teams to unlock growth while delivering safe and compliant practices.
