Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative trade marketing strategies and plans for various retail channels.
• Create impactful point-of-sale materials, promotions, and merchandising solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities in stores.
• Analyse the effectiveness of trade promotions and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers for creative development and production.
• Monitor competitor trade activities and market trends to identify best practices and opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing within the FMCG sector is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of retail environments and shopper marketing principles.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
