About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to join their remote team, supporting their FMCG operations with a focus on the Liverpool market. This role is vital for developing and executing in-store and channel marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, product sales, and promotional effectiveness at the point of purchase. You will work closely with sales teams, brand managers, and external partners to create impactful trade marketing programs. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement in-store promotional plans and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate with sales teams to execute effective trade marketing strategies in retail environments.
- Analyse trade promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for POS materials and promotional merchandise.
- Conduct market visits to assess competitor activity and in-store execution.
- Support the development of sales presentations and trade marketing budgets.
Requirements
- Experience in trade marketing or brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Understanding of retail environments and in-store promotional mechanics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
