About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join their team in Norwich . This role is critical for developing and executing in-store and channel marketing strategies that drive sales and brand visibility at the point of purchase for our FMCG products. You will work closely with sales, brand management, and retail partners to create compelling promotional programs and ensure optimal shelf presence. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives and brand goals.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, point-of-sale materials, and merchandising programs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align trade marketing initiatives with retail partner needs and opportunities.
- Analyze trade spend effectiveness and ROI, making recommendations for optimization.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and suppliers for trade marketing materials.
- Monitor competitor trade activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade marketing or a related role within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful in-store and retail marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of the retail landscape and category management principles.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
