TradePoint Growth Partner - Sales

B&Q Limited is seeking a commercially driven Trade Business Development Manager to own and grow a portfolio of TradePoint members across multiple sites including Durham, Bishops Auckland and Consett. You will generate demand, manage a pipeline and build long-term customer relationships to drive sustainable sales and margin growth.

The role emphasizes pricing discipline, data-driven prioritisation and collaboration with Store, B2B and Suppliers to unlock growth. A full driving license is required.
