The Role

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Traffic Management Operatives to join our client on a permanent basis , working on a range of sites across Oxford and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management systems while ensuring a safe environment for road users, pedestrians and site workers.

Key Responsibilities

Setting up and removing traffic management systems Installing signs, cones, barriers and other traffic management equipment Maintaining safe working areas around roadworks Conducting regular site checks Following traffic management plans and safety procedures Working safely around live traffic Supporting the wider site team Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Requirements

Previous traffic management experience required Lantra M1, M2 and M5 qualifications preferred Reliable, punctual and hardworking Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Safety-conscious with a professional attitude Able to work effectively as part of a team Flexible with working hours Willing to work evenings, nights and weekends when required What's On Offer Permanent position £155-£225 per shift 8-12 hour shifts Regular, permanent employment Overtime opportunities Day, night and weekend shifts available Opportunities for progression Work across Oxford and surrounding areas Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.
