Train Cleaning Team Leader - Night Shift — Heaton Depot • Initial 6-month contract (Temp to Perm) • £15.30 p/h

Lead and supervise the Night Shift cleaning team to achieve high cleanliness standards prior to trains resuming service.
Coordinate roster coverage (4 on/4 off or 5 on/4 off) on the night shift, typically 20:00 to 06:00 on a rolling rota, including weekends.
Ensure safety and compliance in a safety-critical environment; promote a clean and safe environment for passengers.

Experience in a vehicle/industrial or cleaning environment.
Experience in a team-leader or supervisory role is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to oversee a diverse team to meet targets.
Keen eye for detail and pride in delivering a clean environment.
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening (training provided for depot protection, site safety and cleaning solutions).

Pay rate: £15.30 per hour for an initial 6-month contract. Potential progression to permanent roles for successful performers.
