Role

Our client is recruiting a Blow‑Moulding machine setter to join their well‑established team in the Corby facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assuming responsibility for the performance of production equipment
• Changing job machines
• Changing tool machines
• Maximising run time of allocated production lines
• Effectively setting the machines to minimise material wastage

Candidate / Qualifications

• Mechanical background
• Desire to learn the blow moulding process
• Willingness to work permanent shift system
• Experience in a factory/production environment
• Confident, personable approach to working in a team

Salary & Benefits

• £20,500 rising to £37,000 when fully trained
• Structured training program
• Continental shifts
• Overtime available
• Contributory pension
