About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks as directed.
• Perform general laboring duties, including site cleanup and material handling.

• Participate in training sessions to develop specific construction skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A good level of physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions precisely.
• Understanding of, or a strong interest in, health and safety procedures.
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attending work consistently.
