Trainee Insurance Consultant (Career Starter + Fully Funded Qualifications)

Location: TAUNTON (Onsite)

Salary: £26,500 £33,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Mon Fri (8:30 AM 5:00 PM) + 1 x Saturday per month

The Role

(What you ll actually be doing): Instead of being just a cog in a machine, you ll be hands-on helping our clients navigate life s big decisions. You will:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and match them with the perfect policy.
• Deal with customers directly across multiple channels on the phone, face-to-face, and via email.
• Manage client portfolios, ensuring all digital records and documentation are spot-on.
• Collaborate with the team to smash team goals and personal milestone targets.
• Become an industry expert by participating in interactive training and development sessions while learning the role onsite.

Who You Are:

We hire for attitude, not a piece of paper. This role would suit someone coming from retail sales, inside sales, or a sales rep background or anyone with a strong overall sales background.

You ll be a great fit if you are:

• A Natural Communicator: You are completely comfortable working in an office environment, building rapport, and dealing with customers on the phone, face-to-face, and over email.
• Ambitious & Eager: You want a career, not just a 9-to-5 job, and you're eager to learn the role from the ground up.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with standard tech (Microsoft Office) and ready to learn new platforms quickly.

Note: A good standard of education (like GCSE Maths) is preferred to help with the CII coursework.
