Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with user account management and access permissions.
- Document IT procedures and solutions for the knowledge base.
- Support the implementation of new IT projects and upgrades.
Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful attitude.
