Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components.
• Participate in the manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects and innovation initiatives.
• Learn to operate and maintain workshop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members on technical drawings and documentation using CAD software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and a Science subject, at Grade C/4 or above.
• A keen interest in mechanical engineering and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
