Trainee Negotiator – Launch Your Estate Career

Your Move in Lincoln is seeking a Trainee Negotiator to join our estate agency branch. You will register customers, carry out property matches, generate and conduct property viewings, and negotiate offers between all parties.

We offer circa £25,000 OTE per year with early guaranteed commissions, a five-day week (Saturdays on rota) and a pension scheme. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential; the role is office-based. Career progression opportunities are available.
