Trainee Patent Attorney- Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Physics

If you possess a 1:1 or 2:1 degree related to physics, computer science, electrical engineering then we want to hear from you.We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a background or expertise in any of electronic circuitry, semiconductor devices, software and AI, quantum computing, mobile telecoms and physics. For early-career and trainee attorney positions, our standard policy is to utilise the unsponsored Graduate Visa route in the first instance. While we are open to sponsoring Skilled Worker visas for long-term retention, this is typically reviewed and initiated only after the successful completion of a candidate’s formal probation period.
