Trainee Process Operative

Location: Tewkesbury

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 on a shift rota (multiple start times from 05:00)

Salary From £14.61 rising with training

We are seeking for a reliable, methodical individual with excellent communication skills to join one of the largest independent diaries production team as a Trainee Process Operative.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in food production is ideal, but proactive candidates with precision and accuracy in fast-paced environments will be considered.
• Ability to work methodically and pay attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing demands.
• The ability to study and pass a minimum of Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 HACCP; training and understand a hands-on technical role.

• Demonstrate effective communication including dealing directly with other departments, management and co-workers in a positive manner; maintaining high levels of commitment and motivation.

• Pro-active with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
