Essex | Up to £38,000 DOE | 3-Week Rotating Shift Pattern

Do you have a Chemistry degree and want to build a career in manufacturing? This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist production environment where you'll receive full training and develop a long-term career in chemical and process manufacturing.

Working as part of the production team, you'll support blending operations, product transfers and site activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting blending and production operations

• Tanker loading, unloading and product transfers

• Material handling and stock rotation

• Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards

• Reporting equipment issues and production progress

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Chemistry degree preferred

• Positive, reliable and hands-on approach

• Strong attention to detail

• Practical or mechanical aptitude

• Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills

• Eagerness to learn and develop

• Ability to work effectively within a team

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a 3-week rolling rota:

• Week 1: 5:00am to 1:30pm

• Week 2: 1:00pm to 9:30pm

• Week 3: 9:00pm to 5:30am
