Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output.
• Perform routine quality checks on manufactured products, identifying and reporting defects.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of production equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Participate in team efforts to improve production processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English.
• A strong interest in manufacturing, engineering, or practical, hands-on work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work systematically.
• Good observational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude towards learning and work.
