- Develop and manage a pipeline of candidates for roles across Engineering, Technical, Finance, and IT.
- Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidate solutions.
- Build relationships with potential candidates, conduct initial screening, and present shortlisted talent.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
