Graduate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: London
Basic Salary: £29,000 + uncapped commission
Year 1 OTE: £45,000+

Were working with a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on professional white-collar markets and are looking for ambitious graduates and entry-level professionals to join their London team.

You dont need recruitment experience. What matters is your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Youll receive structured training and support while developing the commercial skills needed to succeed in recruitment.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, youll work closely with both businesses and professionals, helping organisations find the talent they need while building your own network and client base.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates across white-collar sectors
• Building and developing relationships with clients
• Winning new business and managing existing accounts
• Managing vacancies from initial brief through to placement
• Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
• Developing specialist knowledge of your chosen market

This is a sales-focused environment where performance is rewarded and progression is based on results.
