The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and advertising

• Screen and interview candidates via telephone and video calls

• Build relationships with candidates and clients

• Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms

• Match candidates to suitable opportunities

• Provide advice and support throughout the recruitment process

• Obtain references and ensure compliance requirements are met

• Maintain accurate records and databases
