We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Trades & Labour division covering Greater London.
The Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our consultants to deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades and labour operatives across a range of construction projects throughout Greater London.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract suitable trades and labour candidates via our Internal Database, job boards, social media, referrals.
- Conduct candidate registrations, right-to-work checks, and reference verification
- Maintain regular contact with operatives to ensure strong working relationships
- Assist consultants vacancies quickly and effectively
- Manage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and administrative tasks within our CRM system
- Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients

- Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing isn't essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, energetic, and resilient personality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A desire to build a career in recruitment and progress within the company
