The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)

You’ll receive full training to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Developing new business through proactive sales activity
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaignsHandling feedback, objections and challenges professionally

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
