Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £570–£700 per week

We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Trainee Sales Assistant to join our growing sales team in Glasgow. What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging with homeowners across the local area to introduce our products/services

• Visiting customers in their own homes to discuss their needs

• Building rapport quickly and identifying opportunities

• Managing your own diary of appointments and follow-ups

• Working closely with a supportive team and sales manager who'll help you develop your skills

• Hitting personal targets that directly shape your take-home pay

What We're Looking For

• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with people face-to-face

• Self-starter who's happy managing their own time and workload

• Resilient — someone who isn't knocked off course by a "no"

• Driven by results and motivated by uncapped earning potential

• Full UK driving licence preferred (own transport may be required for the role)
