Trainee Sales Representative
Location: Brighton Full-Time | In-Person Paid Weekly | Full Training Provided
About the Role
Our client is looking for a Trainee Sales Representative to join their Brighton team and develop practical sales experience through face-to-face customer campaigns.
You’ll learn how to approach and engage customers, understand their needs, present products and services, and develop your confidence in a professional sales environment.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided from day one.

Training & Progression
The trainee programme will cover sales techniques, communication, customer engagement, product knowledge, objection handling, and professional development.
As you build your experience, you can progress into Sales Representative, Senior Sales Representative, Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Campaign Manager, and management roles.
