Key Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors with case preparation, including gathering evidence and interviewing clients.
• Draft legal documents such as applications, statements, and court orders.
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, case law, and procedural rules.
• Manage client communications and provide updates on case progress.
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings under supervision.

Requirements

• A strong academic record with a law degree (or equivalent qualification).
• Successful completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for and interest in family law .
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and discretion.
• The ability to absorb new information quickly and apply it effectively in a practical legal setting.
