About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Trainee Welders in Wolverhampton . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing metal components for welding, including cleaning and fitting.
• Learn and practice different welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding under supervision.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
• Perform basic quality checks on finished welds to ensure standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the care of welding equipment.

Requirements

• A strong interest in metal fabrication and welding .
• Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades A*-C or equivalent, including Maths and ideally a Science or Technical subject.
• Good manual dexterity and spatial awareness.
• Willingness to work in a workshop environment and adhere to strict safety procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively as part of a team.
