Training Manager

Training & Development Manager You MUST have classroom training experience, drive a car with a UK licence and be able to travel regionally, including Leicester, Salisbury, Bolton, Bristol and London.

We’re recruiting for an experienced Training & Development Manager to take ownership of learning, onboarding and development across a growing professional services business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, creating engaging training programmes and working closely with managers to identify skills gaps and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver structured induction and onboarding programmes Develop and manage an ongoing training calendar Deliver training to support employee development and regulatory compliance Identify skills gaps and implement appropriate training solutions Monitor training effectiveness and provide relevant management information Work closely with managers and senior stakeholders to support business needs Maintain and continuously improve training materials and processesWe’re looking for:

Previous experience in a Training, Learning & Development or similar role Strong experience designing and delivering training programmes Experience supporting onboarding and employee development Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Financial services or pensions experience would be highly desirable A proactive approach with a genuine passion for developing peopleBenefits include 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, birthday day off, pension, life assurance, income protection and a range of additional benefits.
