Training Systems Officer – Temporary – Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service

The successful candidate will be part of a small but pivotal team, reporting directly to the Training and Competency Manager. This is a part time role (20 hours a week) but has the ability to claim up to an additional 5 hours a week on a specific project that the current role holder is involved with.
The role is based at Witney Fire Station where we operate a flexible working pattern to suit the team and the individual. There may be occasional travel requirements within Oxfordshire to other fire stations or county council locations.
The role is specifically responsible for a variety of administrative tasks within Training and Development that include but are not limited to monitoring career development programmes, evaluation responses tracking, arranging catering for training courses and monthly performance measure reporting. This role also has a responsibility for financial and administrative tasks working nationally within the emergency response driving instructor programme.
