Transaction Services Director

BDO – Director, Transaction Services

As a Director in our Transaction Services team, you will be a key contributor to the development and growth of the service line within Corporate Finance. You will use your knowledge and experience in financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and/or reporting accountant’s work to lead the development of existing and new service stream practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of financial due diligence and related advisory services to corporate and strategic buyers, private equity and financial buyers, and vendors. Drive the development of service line practices, build client relationships, and support business development initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high quality outcomes for clients.

Desired Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
• Significant experience of working within a corporate finance department.
• Proven track record of successful business development / winning in the market.
• Previous management experience.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• For those involved in Capital Markets transactions, a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
