Transaction Tax Senior Manager - Private Equity Deals

ICONIC RESOURCING LTD is recruiting for a senior transaction tax adviser to work on high-profile private equity deals, advising on tax aspects from acquisitions through to exits. You will liaise with investors, management teams and specialists across restructuring, funds and international tax to deliver strategic advice.

You’ll lead complex engagements, coach junior professionals, and help shape the growth of a high-performing transactions practice.
